open yoga
. Yoga postures and breathing to encourage health, balance, strength, flexibility, improved posture, full breathing and calm. Some previous experience with yoga is helpful.

gentle basics yoga .     A focus on basic yoga postures, gentle stretching and breathing. Gentle, slow and relaxing. For everyone.

gentle restorative yoga .  
A combination of gentle stretching, breathing exercises and supported yoga postures designed to release stress and cultivate ease in the body and mind. For everyone.
       

yoga flow . A graceful, strong and flowing practice linking movement of the body with flow of the breath. For anyone with a comfort level in most yoga postures who enjoys an invigorating practice.

restorative yoga flow . 
 
A balance of passive and active yoga postures for an integrated and satisfying practice. Part of class is focused on vigorous flow sequences; harmonizing movement and breath. And part of the class is focused on passive postures; energizing and opening the deep, dense connective tissues of the body--the tendons, ligaments and cartilage. These two approaches combined create a pure balance of effort and surrender – strength and softness – action and ease. To be safe and comfortable in this class a strong core and experience with the sun salutation sequence is best.

oga nidra also known as yogic sleep, is a guided relaxation done while lying prone on the floor. This practice offers deep physical and mental rest and brings healing attention to all organs, cells and functions of the body. Yoga nidra leaves you feeling deeply grounded, restored and rejuvenated. For everyone.

community class / open yoga . Yoga postures and breathing to encourage health, balance, strength, flexibility, improved posture, full breathing and calm. Some experience with yoga is helpful.

moving meditation . Walking meditation, sun salutation with mantra, held yoga postures and conscious breathing as tools to help focus and quiet the mind. A familiarity with sun salutation and other basic yoga postures is helpful.

meditation . Some stillness to balance out our busy lives. Open to all.

Our classes are priced so that all can afford to join in the practice of yoga. No one will be turned away due to financial difficulty. Arrangements will always be made to accommodate your needs.
